I am very happy to report our success in delivering a three-day conference to 170 in-person delegates and 65 online delegates at the University of Leicester, between the 18th and 20th of September. Hosted on behalf of the British Association for Biological Anthropology and Osteoarchaeology, I was the main co-organiser for this event and was glad to see it went (mostly!) smoothly. We were able to deliver five parallel workshops on day one, as well as the usual two days of conference talks, a drinks reception in Leicester Cathedral itself, and a conference dinner! This conference has been a major undertaking for me over the past year, with multiple hurdles, so I was very glad to receive some really wonderful feedback from delegates after it finished! But most of all, I'm glad to now have some time to recover!
